Is roommate matching live?
Not yet. Right now we’re collecting roommate profiles so matching can launch with real, compatible people in each market. We’ll email you when it opens at your university.
Who can see my profile?
No one else, for now. Your profile is only used by the Cohort team to help you find a group. We won’t share your contact details with other students without asking you first.
Does Cohort run background checks on roommates?
No. Cohort helps students find compatible people and coordinate housing, but you should always meet potential roommates and make your own decision before signing a lease together.
What does it cost?
Creating a profile and starting a Cohort is free for students.
