Roommate preferences
Students sharing a unit may state personal lifestyle preferences — like sleep schedule, cleanliness, or study habits — to find compatible roommates. Cohort does not allow preferences or listings that discriminate against protected classes, and we do not use protected characteristics to filter which properties a student can see.
