Common questions
Who do I sign the lease with?
Always directly with the property owner or manager. Cohort helps your group get there together, but the lease is between you and the property.
Do all my roommates need to fill out the form?
Ideally, yes. Each person adds their own budget and preferences using your group’s invite link, so the search reflects everyone.
Where is Cohort available?
Cohort is launching first at the University of Utah. Other university markets are on our roadmap — join the waitlist to tell us where you are.
